Providing Artwork
All prices quoted are based on files being supplied as print-ready PDF's.
We accept most PC and MAC formats, these can be converted to press-ready PDF’s at a charge of £25.00 (excluding VAT).
Please supply your artwork in a “one up” file, we’ll do the imposition for you. Images, background colours and fills which are intended to print to the trimmed edge of the paper should be extended 3mm beyond the page to give a “bleed” to the document. This will make the page 6mm taller and 6mm wider.
Preparing your files:
- Add crop marks on all four corners
- Please provide us with the fonts or convert the text into outlines
- Images should be at least 300dpi resolution to guarantee the best printing quality. Save your images as CMYK images
- Layers should be flattened before sending
- Save the files as ‘High Quality Print’ or ‘Press Quality Pdf’s'
We accept a wide variety of file formats, these include the following:
- Adobe Acrobat (Mac & PC)
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe Indesign
- Microsoft Publisher
- Microsoft Word

If you don’t have any artwork, or perhaps you only have a previously printed sample that needs
re-creating, we’re here to help from as little as £25.00 plus VAT.
Payment for design is required before the artwork is carried out.
In all cases our prices include a colour proof and allow for minimal authors alterations on first proof.
Major alterations at first proof stage or alterations to second and subsequent proofs will incur additional charges, these will be advised at the appropriate time.
If minor changes to existing artwork are required, please contact one of our sales team.
For any Microsoft documents (Word, Publisher, Powerpoint) – Minimum charge of £25.00 plus VAT
to convert into print ready PDF.
If you are supplying a description for artwork, make sure you give us as much information as possible.
